Patient Billing

We believe in delivering the finest care at a reasonable cost to our patients. Payment is due at the time service is rendered. If there are concerns, financial arrangements can be discussed prior to the treatment date.  For your convenience we accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and CARECREDIT. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at (763) 295-3676; we will be happy to discuss and correct any misunderstandings.
 
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
 
Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks.  A monthly statement will be mailed after insurance payments are received, any remaining balance is your responsibility. Please call our office with any questions, concerns or if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame.  Your prompt remittance is appreciated. 
 

Cancellation Policy

There will be a $50 cancellation/no-show fee if you are unable to make your appointment without giving at least a 24 hours prior notice
